Format: Private hybrid structure combining security, technological, humanitarian and analytical components.
Operational geography: Malta (institutional registration), Czech Republic / Italy (production and training bases), field operations in conflict and post-conflict zones (Sahel, Ukraine, Libya, Syria).
Mission: To create a legally compatible, highly effective system of rapid response and sustainable reconstruction in hybrid conflict environments.

Kraken Group is an association of special operations specialists and instructors who have real combat experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and international peacekeeping operations. - Legal and contractual protection and security
- Licensed protection of missions, facilities and personnel in conflict or high-risk areas.
- Acts on formal requests from governments or institutions (EU, UN, African Union).
- Full compliance with IHL (International Humanitarian Law) and admissibility standards.
- Legal model: contractual, transparent mandates with legal oversight.
- Possibility of integration with multilateral or peacekeeping missions.
Training and Safety Academy
- Comprehensive training of personnel for field deployment in humanitarian or hybrid environments.
- Modules: counter-terrorism, mine risk management, convoy protection, safety of journalists and NGOs, human rights and ethics.
- Possibility of dual certification with universities, NATO or OSCE partnership programs.
- Located in Europe (Czech Republic / Italy) with modular training campuses.
MilTech Platform & Drone Systems
- Development and integration of drones, ISR sensors and dual-use technologies.
- Focus: Surveillance, demining, border monitoring, infrastructure mapping.
- The R&D base in Italy/Czech Republic operates in accordance with EU Regulation 2021/821 (dual purpose export control).
- The potential of partnership with the European innovation framework (EDF, Horizon Europe).
Demining and Reconstruction Unit
- Works in coordination with UNMAS, GICHD and national demining authorities.
- Areas of work:
Cleaning from GNP (explosive remnants of war), - Reconstruction of infrastructure and repair of energy terminals,
- Training of local operators. • The right to participate in EU / UN / USAID / AFD / World Bank reconstruction tenders.
- Ability to integrate drone mapping and terrain analysis based on AI.
Cell of strategic and legal analysis
- Multi-level data collection: SIGMA (mapping actor networks), OSINT, HUMINT.
- Legal qualification of threats: HPTE, CSPA (Coordinated Socio-Political Attack), hybrid destabilization.
- Support for criminal documentation of war crimes and hybrid intervention (ICC, PNAT, ECtHR).
- Interfaces with ministries, prosecutors and hybrid intelligence frameworks (EWS / CIHG).
